As well as having the same characteristics as the storage tanks, the tanks for wine-making are provided with:
- Motorized dredge discharge system, with extraction blades applied to a gear motor.
- Horizontal or vertical motorized revolving drum for re-mixing the product.
- Reassembly with the application of an electric pump and thrust or motorized must sprayer.
- Rectangular hatch with manual, hydraulic or guillotine opening safety micron.
- Electric panel for controlling the wine-maker with optional application of PLC and remote control system.
